Creativity and the spreadsheet.

I've built my career in the space between vision and execution.

I can imagine what could be, rally people around it, and then build the strategy, systems, budgets, partnerships, timelines, teams, and operational structure to make it real.

I move comfortably between creativity and the spreadsheet, people and process, expansive vision and surgical execution.

That combination has taken me from international conferences and global brands to transformational education, executive retreats, community experiences, creative campaigns, digital experiences, partnerships, and some wonderfully impossible projects.

I'm a creative dreamer with the know-how to make things happen.

Where I do my best work
01

Experiential strategy + production

From the initial idea to the moment the doors open — and everything happening behind the curtain. Conferences, executive experiences, retreats, activations, community gatherings, and unconventional live experiences designed around how people actually feel.

02

Creative direction + brand

Turning a vision into something people can see, feel, understand, and remember. Creative campaigns, storytelling, websites, digital experiences, content, and cohesive brand expression from concept through execution.

03

Marketing + growth

Building the strategy around the beautiful thing. Customer journeys, lifecycle marketing, launches, campaigns, community, retention, and the systems that connect them.

04

Strategic partnerships

Finding the place where brands, people, and opportunities naturally align — and building partnerships that create genuine value for everyone involved.

05

Vision → reality

Sometimes the assignment doesn't fit neatly into a box. Those might be my favorite ones. Give me the ambitious idea, complicated problem, or "we're not quite sure how to pull this off" project.

I'll find the way.

How I think
I don't just produce events. I architect experiences.

Over 18 years, I've become obsessed with a question: why do some experiences disappear the moment they're over, while others become stories people tell for years? The logistics make an event function. The human experience is what makes it matter.

"What truly sets Cassandra apart is her combination of art and science in how she accomplishes things. She has a keen eye for design… understands the power of imagery and storytelling like a master… At the same time, she's a strong project manager and knows that process — the 'science' — is essential."

The spreadsheets matter.
The strategy matters.
The run of show really matters.

But ultimately, I'm interested in what happens to people.

A thoughtfully crafted moment can create trust. Belonging. Loyalty. Inspiration. A relationship. A memory.

My job is to obsess over everything happening behind the curtain so the person experiencing it doesn't have to. They simply get to be there.

Present. Connected. Moved.

That philosophy shapes how I approach experiences, marketing, brands, teams, partnerships, and leadership.

Cassandra Magdalena
The person behind the spreadsheet

I'm Cassandra.

A marketer, experience-maker, creative strategist, producer, connector, mother, traveler, yogi, problem solver, and perpetual student of what makes people come alive.

I've spent nearly two decades traveling the world and working across industries, cultures, brands, startups, and communities.

I'm naturally curious. I love technology and new ideas almost as much as I love getting people away from technology and into a room together.

I care about meaningful work, beautiful things, excellent execution, good humans, and leaving things better than I found them.

And I still believe almost anything is possible if you're resourceful enough.

Have an ambitious idea?

Good. Those are
my favorite kind.

Whether you're building a brand, producing an extraordinary experience, growing a community, launching something new — or simply have an idea you're not quite sure how to make real — I want to hear about it.

Let's make it happen
